Spacious room with a clean atmosphere, well-equipped for comfort. Great views of the harbor from the window, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.
Heating took too long to kick in, leaving the room chilly upon arrival. Breakfast situation had its hiccups. nothing worse than coming for bacon only to find scarce supplies when you’re ready to eat. The bathroom setup, while functional, meant a trek down the hall during the night, not ideal for those who value mid-restroom access.

Comfortable room with a lovely view, but breakfast lacked consistency in quality. Golf course nearby adds to scenic charm.

Had a great time with friends exploring the local sights. The rooms were comfy, with great amenities like usb sockets and tea-making options. Breakfast was solid, featuring cereals and homemade treats. The host was helpful, even offering ride assistance with mobility needs. Recommend checking out the nearby coastal walk and restaurants for a memorable experience!
We had trouble getting in upon arrival, which was pretty frustrating. The owner blamed us for not providing our phone number in advance, which felt unprofessional. Check-in needs better organization.

Exceptional service in Oban’s gem
From the moment we arrived, Tony welcomed us with warmth, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The views from the breakfast area were spectacular, truly unique.
Although the room was reasonably clean, the bathroom was located across the hallway, which was a minor inconvenience, especially late at night.

The location is great, providing easy access to local attractions, while the dining area offers a pleasant atmosphere. issues with room availability and organization marred the experience, highlighted by maintenance problems that led to confusion at check-in. Breakfast was more self-service than advertised, lacking the variety initially expected. Appreciated the kindness shown towards accommodating a friend with mobility needs, reflecting a level of attentiveness toward guests' comforts.

We had a lovely stay at this guest house with our large family. The private parking was super convenient, and the beds were comfy which was perfect after our day of exploring Oban. The continental breakfast was well-stocked and a great way to start our day.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms need some cleaning up.

Had a lovely stay where I enjoyed the cozy room and the fantastic homemade breakfast that felt like a treat. There were great relaxation spots like the sunny garden and comfy lounge to unwind. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times but didn't ruin the experience. 😊
