From the moment we arrived, Tony welcomed us with warmth, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The views from the breakfast area were spectacular, truly unique.

Although the room was reasonably clean, the bathroom was located across the hallway, which was a minor inconvenience, especially late at night.

The location is great, providing easy access to local attractions, while the dining area offers a pleasant atmosphere. issues with room availability and organization marred the experience, highlighted by maintenance problems that led to confusion at check-in. Breakfast was more self-service than advertised, lacking the variety initially expected. Appreciated the kindness shown towards accommodating a friend with mobility needs, reflecting a level of attentiveness toward guests' comforts.

We had a lovely stay at this guest house with our large family. The private parking was super convenient, and the beds were comfy which was perfect after our day of exploring Oban. The continental breakfast was well-stocked and a great way to start our day.
